Information from advertising platforms
If you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms shares with us the information you submit in that form, which may be pre-filled from your profile (for example, your name, email and phone number). Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, using cookies and similar technologies. We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how our website and ads perform. If we use the Meta Pixel or similar tools, Meta and other advertising partners may collect information about your visits to our website and use it to show you ads on and off their platforms. Under some state laws, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information or "targeted advertising." You can control cookies through your browser settings.

If you use the chat assistant on our website, the messages you send are processed by us and our AI service providers to generate responses. Please do not enter health information or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
